TWO teenagers remain under investigation after a man was ‘stabbed’ during a home burglary.

The boys, aged 15 and 17, are alleged to have broken into a man’s home in Frances Road, Bournemouth at around 8.22pm on Monday, February 12.

During the burglary, police say the victim, in his 50s, had been stabbed while a mobile phone and a bank card were stolen.

The victim was taken to Poole Hospital by ambulance with injuries that were at the time described as “not life-threatening".

Providing an update, Dorset Police’s spokeswoman said pair have not been charged but remain under investigation.

She said investigation work is continuing.
