DUE TO a signalling problem between Micheldever and Winchester trains have to run at reduced speed on all lines.

Train services running through these stations may be cancelled, delayed or revised.

Disruption is expected until the end of the day.

A spokesperson for SouthWestern Railway said: “We have been informed that there is a problem with multiple sets of points between Micheldever and Winchester.

“This means that trains will be delayed as they pass through this section as they are talked past by the signaller causing significant delays. Where possible, trains will divert.”

Ticket acceptance will be granted on the following services:

- Bluestar 6 between Southampton - Totton - Ashurst - Brockenhurst

- Morebus X1 and X2 between Lymington - New Milton - Christchurch - Bournemouth

- Morebus 120 between New Milton - Sway

- Morebus 1A, 1B and 1C between Bournemouth - Pokesdown - Christchurch

- Morebus 33 between Bournemouth - Pokesdown - Christchurch

- Morebus M1 and M2 between Bournemouth - Branksome - Parkstone - Poole

- Morebus 16 and 17 between Bournemouth - Parkstone - Poole

- Morebus 20 between Bournemouth - Branksome - Parkstone - Poole

- Morebus 8 and 9 between Poole and Hamworthy

- Morebus 40 between Poole and Wareham

- Morebus 30 between Wareham - Wool - Weymouth
