A MAN from New Milton is due to appear in court after an alleged importation incident at an airport.
Thomas Michael Prior, 35, is set to face a charge of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B.
Prior, of Pennywell Gardens, New Milton, will also face charges of acquire/ use/possess criminal property and being concerned in the fraudulent evasion of a prohibition on the importation of a Class B drug.
The charges follow a reported importation incident at East Midlands Airport, Derby on October 20, 2022.
Officers subsequently searched a property in Pennywell Gardens on November 8, 2022.
Prior will appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, October 22 following postal requisition.
