THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

BEN HADEN-SMITH, 24 and of Arne Avenue in Poole, three counts of admitted harassment - breach of a restraining order on conviction on November 13, 2023, November 24, 2023, and February 22. He was jailed for 44 weeks.

NEIL WYATT, 20 and of no fixed address, admitted criminal damage to after damaging items amounting to the value of £1027.97 at St Paul’s House in Bournemouth on July 8, 2023. He admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely a police officer at Bournemouth Police Station on July 8, 2023. Court records show he took hold of the officer by his neck and ‘pushed and squeezed’. He was jailed for 12 weeks. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £400.

NATHAN QUARTERMAINE, 34 and of Florence Road in Bournemouth, admitted assault a person thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm in Orchard Crescent in Bridport on October 19, 2023. He admitted using violence to secure entry to premises in Orchard Crescent in Bridport on November 29, 2023. He admitted harassment without violence in Florence Road in Bournemouth between October 14, 2023, and November 30, 2023. Court records show he repeatedly contacted the victim by phone and attended her home address. He was jailed for 12 weeks, and a restraining order was made for the victim. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £154 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

SIENNA WILKINSON, 20 and of Holdenhurst Village Road in Bournemouth, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 74 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Christchurch Road in West Parley on August 4. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months. She was also fined £700, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £280 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service

ROBERT DALE, 38 and of Blandford Road in Poole, admitted breach of a domestic violence protection order in Blandford Road in Poole on September 21. He was fined £50.

ALFIE LESLIE, 19 and of Tedder Close in Bournemouth, admitted breaching a non-molestation order in Bournemouth on September 20. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

OWEN BURT, 21 and of Old Barn Road in Bere Regis, admitted possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely Cannabis, in Old Barn Road in Bere Regis on May 21. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
