A GROUP of BCP residents recreated iconic album covers ahead of an annual celebration.
United Nations International Day of Older People takes place on October 1 and is dedicated to celebrating the lives of the elderly.
This year, residents of Christchurch Primary Care Network took inspiration from popstars to mark the occasion.
One person donned blue latex gloves and a nurse’s hat to recreate Blink-182s iconic album cover.
Another man had a bright red and blue streak of lightning to recreate David Bowie’s album cover.
Sandra Prudom, CEO at Christchurch Community Partnership supported the project by explaining to residents in their groups about the upcoming photoshoot.
Photographer Louise said: “We had a great time doing it, and the models seemed to enjoy themselves”
“Louise hopes to bring a smile to people's faces with the project and looks forward to presenting each of the models with a copy of their image.”
