THIRTY homes are being proposed for a former builder’s yard and office site.
Dorset planners are being asked to decide on two separate applications for the R B Snook Building Ltd site off Bath Road in Sturminster Newton..
Consent had been given to develop the site in 2016, but it was not implemented.
Developers say the 0.5 hectare plot is suitable for a block with nine flats, two terraces of 3 and 4-bed homes and ten semi-detached homes.
