THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

CHRISTOPHER GRIFFIN, 32 and of Quarry Close in Swanage, admitted racially / religiously aggravated harassment / alarm / distress by words / writing in Hunt Road in Christchurch on January 1. He admitted criminal damage to property after damaging the windscreen of a car in Hunt Road in Christchurch on January 1. He was fined £160 and ordered to pay £306 compensation.

AIDAN RISOLI, 47 and of Christchurch Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to provide specimen for analysis - vehicle driver at police custody in Bournemouth on March 15. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months. He was also fined £542, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £217, and costs of £400 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

AMAR ELDELLY, 24 and of Charminster Road in Bournemouth, admitted possession of a class C controlled drug, namely Rivotril, possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis, and possession of a controlled drug of class A, namely cocaine, at Horseshoe Common in Bournemouth on April 26. He admitted using a motor vehicle, namely an e-scooter, on a road / public place without third party insurance, and driving a motor vehicle, namely an e-scooter, otherwise than in accordance with a licence in Old Christchurch Road in Bournemouth on April 26. He admitted failing to surrender to police / court bail at the appointed time at Poole Magistrates' Court on July 5. He got six points on his licence. He was also fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £120 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

GRAHAM RIDEALGH, 52 and of no fixed address, admitted theft from a shop at Boots in Christchurch Road in Bournemouth on January 13. He was ordered to pay £60 compensation.

ROBERT MAGINNIS, 58 and of Bournemouth, admitted failing to surrender to police / court bail at the appointed time at Poole Magistrates' Court on September 16. He admitted possession of a controlled drug of class A, namely heroin, in Christchurch Road in Bournemouth on June 19. He admitted criminal damage to property after damaging a flat door in Christchurch Road in Bournemouth on June 19. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £200 compensation.

RORY FENTON, 47 and of St Paul’s Lane in Bournemouth, admitted theft of pedal cycle in St Paul’s Road in Bournemouth on April 9. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months and ordered to pay £150 compensation.

DAVID FRENCH, 40 and of Alumhurst Road in Bournemouth, admitted four counts of theft from a shop at Co-op in Charminster Road in Bournemouth on April 4, at Tesco in Caird Avenue in New Milton on February 19 and March 14, and at Tesco Express in Holdenhurst Road in Bournemouth on July 21, 2023. He admitted theft - other - including theft by finding, after stealing cash from a woman in Poole Road in Poole on September 10, 2022. He admitted failing to surrender to police / court bail at the appointed time at, Southampton Magistrates' Court on May 20. He was handed a 12 week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £250 compensation.

JEFFREY KERSHAW, 54 and of Mountbatten Gardens in Bournemouth, admitted using threatening / abusive words / behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Bournemouth on June 30. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

STEFAN NIKOLOV, 34 and of no fixed address, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court. He was handed a new community order with new rehabilitation activity requirements.
