THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

ADAM GAULT, 31 and of Stanpit in Christchurch, admitted two counts of breaching a non-molestation order in Palmerston Road in Bournemouth on January 23, and in Stanpit in Christchurch on January 23. He was fined £276, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £110 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ANDREW GORMAN, 59 and of Cranleigh Road in Bournemouth, admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance and driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 45 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Sea Road in Bournemouth on July 1. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

STEPHEN HENLEY, 46 and of Norton Way in Poole, admitted theft from a shop after stealing from Savers in Poole high street on July 2. He admitted two counts of assault by beating after assaulting two women at Savers in Poole high street on July 2. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 18 months and ordered to pay £70 compensation.

MARC KERSHAW, 35 and of Bournemouth, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order at The Quay in Poole on September 28. He was fined £50.

CHARLOTTE HAWKSLEY, 36 and of Shelley Close in Bournemouth, admitted criminal damage to property valued under £5000 after damaging a window in Bournemouth on August 31, 2023. She was conditionally discharged for a period of six months and ordered to pay £650 compensation.

KEVIN TOKELOVE, 42 and of Kimberley Road in Bournemouth, admitted harassment - breach of a restraining order on conviction on October 31, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until March 29, 2026.

IAN WOODS, 42 and of St Clements Gardens in Bournemouth, admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance and driving whilst disqualified on the Christchurch Bypass on May 10. He got six penalty points. He was also fined £360 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

JORDAN SEAN CARNEY, 27 and of Chine Crescent in Bournemouth, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

JACK ANDREW WINTER, 38 and of Hinton Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court. He was jailed for 24 weeks.

PAPALILO VERONIKA, 48 and of St Clement’s Road in Bournemouth, admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance and driving a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road / in a public place without due care and attention in Cleveland Road in Bournemouth on December 16, 2023. He got six penalty points. He was also fined £307, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £49 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MIHAELA PROFIR, 51 and of Glen Fern Road in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing from TK Maxx at Castlepoint Shopping Centre in Bournemouth on April 30. She was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

DARREN KNIGHTS, 43 and of Mandale Road in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing sunglasses from TK Maxx in Somerford Road in Christchurch on May 6. He was ordered to pay compensation of £399.99.

KYLE OUZMAN, 32 and of Bovington Close in Poole, admitted driving a motor vehicle dangerously, and driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 71mg micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Culliford Crescent in Poole on July 5. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months and handed a community order lasting until September 30, 2025. He was also fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £120 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

KEELAN CRAIG MAIDMENT, 30 and of Wimborne Road in Bournemouth, admitted eight counts of theft from convenience stores in Bournemouth between May 3 and July 9. He admitted theft from the person of another after stealing a bicycle from someone in Bournemouth on August 23. He admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment. He was jailed for six months and seven days. He was also ordered to pay £581.26 compensation.

JONATHAN TAYLOR, 27 and of Howe Lane in Verwood, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 50 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Exeter Road in Bournemouth on July 6. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

KAREN SKINNER, 46 and of Forest View Drive in Ferndown, admitted failing to provide specimen for analysis - vehicle driver in Wimborne Road East in Ferndown on July 5. She was disqualified from driving for 14 months. She was also fined £369, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £148 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

IZZY HOPKINS, 24 and of Stourwood Road in Bournemouth, admitted two counts of assault by beating in Aldridge Road in Ferndown on September 10, 2023, and in New Road in West Parley on September 10, 2023. She admitted harassment without violence between September 10 and 14, 2023, in the Bournemouth and Ferndown areas. She was handed a community order lasting until March 31, 2026, with a requirement to complete 100 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. She was also ordered to pay costs of £620 to the Crown Prosecution Service. A restraining order was made for the victim.
