Callie Ann Lashes and Brows wins Daily Echo beauty award

Callie Ann owns Callie Ann Lashes and Brows, a cosmetics salon, in Woodside Road, Bournemouth. 

She raised the business from the beginning of its journey along with her two children, Tallulah-Beau and Arthur in Southbourne.

Callie has won multiple awards including Muddy Stilettos and now the Daily Echo's Beauty Therapist of the Year.

The salon offers specialist treatments such as manicures, pedicures, massages, facials, eyelash extensions, lash lifts, tinting, waxing, brow lamination and spray tanning.

Callie said: “It's amazing to have that recognition and it boosts the team's morale as well.

“We put everything into the client's journey and making clients feel beautiful not only on the outside, but the inside, too.

(Image: UGC) “We serve over 500 clients a month and knowing each of them on a personal level is so important to us.

“We dedicate a significant amount of effort to our training and continually refreshing our skills to ensure that we remain at the top of our game.”

Callie also added that the salon will soon be expanding.

She said: “We're just about to open our second location in Southbourne that will focus on skin.

“We have outgrown the space in Southbourne, but don't want to leave Southbourne.

“So, a second location in the same area means we can still serve the same clients with the same team bringing the same service across both venues.”

Callie Ann Skin is set to open its doors in November later this year on Southbourne Grove. 

The successful businesswoman also wanted to thank her clients for the award, she said: “A heartfelt thank you to all our wonderful clients and supporters who voted for us.
