IN RECENT times the media has published many concerning articles about problems in the NHS.
I experienced briefly life at the sharp end this week.
I would like to point out my appreciation for the care I received in day surgery at Bournemouth Hospital. All staff were helpful and cheerful acting in a professional manner.
