DRAMATIC photos show the moment a car was engulfed in flames on a residential road.
Firefighters were alerted to reports of a fire on Church Road at around 3pm today (October 6).
Residents looked in shock as large clouds of smoke rose from the incident.
It is reported that damage was also caused to a neighbouring property.
The blaze was extinguished using two breathing apparatus and two hose reels jets.
Three fire engines attended the incident and police officers assisted with traffic flow.
