THIS year’s Mudeford Arts Festival has raised £4,500 for two local charities.

The money has been donated to Macmillan Caring Locally and the Coda Music Trust.

Held at Mudeford Quay since 2007, Mudeford Arts Festival showcases the work of local artists while raising money for local causes.

Large numbers attended this year’s event, with guests enjoying the entertainment, food and drink on offer.

Visitors also had the opportunity to choose a favourite painting, the winner of which is now on display outside Stanpit Village hall.

Mudeford All Saints Church also provided children with a range of craft activities, and spoke with residents about the work being carried out to rebuild the church following a fire in July 2022.

Plans are now going ahead for Mudeford Arts Festival in 2025.
