A WANTED man was caught and arrested by officers after breaking into a car in Bournemouth.
Officers were alerted to reports of a potential break-in.
PC Kate and PC Flo from Boscombe Blue squad attended and located a man matching the description with help from town cameras.
Once detained, a stop and search was carried out.
A spokesperson for Bournemouth Police said: “The male was wanted for outstanding offences which he was arrested for.
“Vehicles were located in the car park with damage and the male was further arrested for this.”
While out on the beat the evening before, officers from Bournemouth North D Squad were notified to a car which suspected stolen/cloned number plates.
The vehicle was searched by officers and dealt with accordingly contacting any parties involved.
