A MAN has been fined following an indecent exposure incident in New Milton.
Damien James Turner, 37 and of St John’s Road, New Milton pulled his shorts down and exposed his genitals before committing an inappropriate act by a playground.
The indecent act was captured on CCTV, at the entrance of New Milton Recreational Ground.
The incident took place on August 31 at around midday.
He was later arrested and subsequently charged with outraging public decency as a result of the incident.
Turner appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court on October 24 and pleaded guilty to the offence.
As a punishment, he was fined £400 and ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge fee of £160.
