THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
CATALIN-MIHAI MOLDOVAN, 36 and of Avon Road in Bournemouth, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 43 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Ashley Road in Poole on June 28. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £550, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £220 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
CHRISTOPHER CAMPBELL, 36 and of Upton Heath in Upton, was found guilty of being the driver of a vehicle which failed to stop after a road accident in Broadstone Way in Poole on May 14, 2023. He was found guilty of causing wasteful employment of police in Lagland Street in Poole on May 14, 2023, after making a false report tending to show that an offence had been committed. He was handed a community order lasting until October 21, 2025, with a requirement to complete 200 hours of unpaid work, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £920 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
LUKE STABLES, 35 and of Porchester Road in Bournemouth, admitted common assault and two counts of assault by beating in Wilson Road in Bournemouth on October 1, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until October 21, 2025, and handed a restraining order lasting until October 21, 2025. He was also ordered to pay £400 compensation and costs of £200 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
TIMOTHY ANGLISS, 39 and of Mill Hill Avenue in Tidworth, admitted driving while disqualified in Parkstone Road in Poole on April 6. He was handed a community order lasting until October 21, 2025, with a requirement to complete 100 hours of unpaid work, and was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was also ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
JACK MARSDEN, 28 and of no fixed address, admitted assault by beating, using threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour to cause harassment / alarm / distress, and possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis, in Christchurch on June 4. He was fined £200, ordered to pay £100 compensation, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
JAMIE SHARP, 43 and of Matthews Place in Gillingham, admitted theft from a shop after stealing multiple packs of bacon and sausages valued at £50.30 from the Co-op in Charminster Road in Bournemouth on April 8. He was conditionally discharged for a period of six months. He was also ordered to pay £20 compensation, a victim surcharge of £26 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
CLIFFORD THOMAS, 44 and of Ropers Lane in Wareham, admitted breaching a sexual harm prevention order in Ropers Lane in Wareham between April 22, 2022, and November 20, 2023. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
DALE SHARP, 42 and of Glider Close in Christchurch, admitted being the driver of a vehicle which failed to stop after a road accident and being the driver of a vehicle involved in a road accident who failed to report that accident in Cambridge Road in Bournemouth on December 7, 2023. He admitted failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver / rider of a vehicle when required by Dorset Police on January 25. He was handed a 15 week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
RIVER GREEN, 23 and of Suffolk Road in Bournemouth, was found guilty of causing without reasonable excuse on NHS premises a nuisance / disturbance at Royal Bournemouth Hospital on February 26. She was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
