THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
DANIEL WESTON, 45 and of Muscliffe Road in Bournemouth, admitted using threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour to cause harassment / alarm / distress in Muscliffe Road in Bournemouth on April 23. He was handed a community order lasting until October 27, 2025. He was also fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
MELANIE ASHFORD, 44 and of Langdon Road in Poole, admitted theft from a shop, after stealing food to the value of £30 from the Co-op in Commercial Road in Poole on May 29. She was conditionally discharged for a period of six months. She was also ordered to pay £30 compensation.
KHALID SHARIF, 41 and of Woking Close in London, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 48 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in East Overcliff Drive in Bournemouth on June 27. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months. He was also fined £230, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £92 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
AARON PETHERS, 29 and of Palmerston Road in Bournemouth, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 50 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Stanpit in Christchurch on August 3. He admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance in Barrack Road in Christchurch on February 12. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months. He was also fined £1000, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £400 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
FREDDIE STANLEY, 30 and of Millfield in Poole, admitted criminal damage to property valued under £5000 and using threatening / abusive words / behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Northmead Drive in Poole on August 4. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £50 compensation.
GARY MCINTOSH, 41 and of Butt Close in Puddletown, admitted driving while disqualified and using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance at Bakers Arms Roundabout in Upton on July 15. He got six points on his licence. He was also fined £210, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
SCOTT WELLMAN, 36 and of Coles Avenue in Poole, admitted assault by beating, criminal damage to property valued under £5000 and using threatening / abusive words / behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Northmead Drive in Poole on August 4. He was fined £240 and ordered to pay £100 compensation.
JACK DAGGER, 22 and of Dominion Road in Bath, admitted possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis, in Blandford Forum on May 2. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £45 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
LUCY SMITH, 20 and of 49 Boundstone Lane in Sompting, admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, and exceeding 50 mph speed limit in contravention of a Local Traffic Order in Dorset Way in Poole on March 29. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £200 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
LIAM TOSDIVINE, 36 and of Vale Road in Bournemouth, admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance, driving whilst disqualified, and driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 55 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Alma Road in Bournemouth on August 5. He was disqualified from driving for 38 months. He was also fined £2073 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
