THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

REECE WAYNE MCAVOY, 30 and of Wavell Avenue in Broadstone, was found guilty of failing to give information to Dorset Police relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence on March 2, 2023. He got six points on his licence. He was also fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40.

PAUL JENNER, 44 and of Glider Close in Christchurch, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court. He was fined £60.

TYRONNE JERSEY DEAN LAKER, 34 and of Stour Road in Christchurch, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court. He was ordered to do an additional seven hours of unpaid work on top of the 100 hours already ordered.

ACER MIKEY TAPLISS, 20 and of Steppes in Langton Matravers, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Weymouth Magistrates’ Court. He was fined £60.

ROONEY LEISURE PARKS LTD, a company registered to Willow Farm in Choham Road, Chertsey, was found guilty of being an occupier of land, namely Meadowside Park Home Site Burley Road, Winkton, and causing or permitting part of the land to be used as a relevant protected site other than a non-commercial family-occupied site, without the relevant local authority, namely BCP Council, being satisfied that the occupier is a fit and proper person to manage the site. The company was fined £1000, ordered to pay costs of £1333.75 and a victim surcharge of £400.

LUKE COLARELLI, 20 and of Gladstone Road in Bournemouth, admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance, driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence, and driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, in The Grove in Christchurch on April 3. He was disqualified for a period of 12 months. He was also fined £120 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

GAVIN GUDGEON, 38 and of Bournemouth, admitted using threatening / abusive words / behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Muscliffe Road in Bournemouth on July 26. He was conditionally discharged for a period of six months.

CLAIRE GREGORY, 36 and of Brownlow Gardens in Southampton, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 101 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Wimborne Road West in Canford Bottom on July 6. She was disqualified from driving for 23 months. She was also fined £692, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £277 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

KATHLEEN TERESA CASH, 32 and of no fixed address, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court. She was jailed for 12 weeks.

JESSICA THOMPSON, 34 and of North Road in Manchester, admitted criminal damage to property valued under £5000, namely damaging a police van belonging to Dorset Police, assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely a police officer, and racially / religiously aggravated intentional harassment / alarm / distress - words / writing in Bournemouth on December 23, 2023. She was handed a community order lasting until April 30, 2026, with a requirement to complete 80 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. She was also ordered to pay £200 compensation.
