A MAN believed to have exposed himself and perform indecent acts on a beach multiple times has been arrested.
The man has been reported to police seven times for exposing himself on Knoll Beach in Studland – the most recent being at about 1.30pm on Friday, November 1.
Following enquiries by officers, a 45-year-old man from Bournemouth was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
He was further arrested in connection with seven other offences in the area dating back to March 2024.
He has since been released on police bail as officers continue their investigation.
Dorset Police could not confirm if it happened on the nudist section of the beach or not.
Police constable Molly James, of Dorset Police’s volume crime team, said: “We are continuing to investigate this incident and we have now made an arrest.
“We understand there are likely to have been a number of people in the area at the time of the incident and so I would urge anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity to please come forward.
“Furthermore, I would urge anyone who has witnessed similar activity in this area in the past who has not yet spoken to police to please come forward.”
