FIVE men who were at a 'rave’ at a Poole industrial estate will face no further action.
Police were called to Chancerygate Trade Centre in Holyrood Close, Creekmoor, on the morning of February 18.
One witness said a group of people had held an “illegal rave” however Dorset Police would not confirm this.
Officers arrested five men, including two from Bournemouth, 51 and 32, Eastleigh, 47, Southampton, 50 on suspicion of burglary and abstracting or using electricity without authority.
They also arrested a Southampton man, 42, on suspicion of burglary.
Providing an update, a spokeswoman from Dorset Police said the group will not face any further action following conversations with the Crown Prosecution Service.
She said: “Officers carried out a detailed investigation into the full circumstances and five people were arrested in connection with the incident.
“Following liaison with the CPS, they have been released without charge and no further police action will be taken.”
