THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
LIAM WILSON-CARROLL, 25 and of Ringwood Road in Poole, admitted two counts of driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Cocaine and Benzoylecgonine, in Ringwood Road in Poole on March 5. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
LEWIS BALE, 38 and of Kimmeridge Avenue in Poole, admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance and driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine, in Wimborne Road in Poole on April 7. He was disqualified from driving for 28 months. He was also fined £100 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
HAMMAD HASAN, 40 and of Slepe Crescent in Poole, admitted causing serious injury by careless / inconsiderate driving in Ringwood Road in Poole on March 21. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £4,231, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £1,692 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
GAVIN ELLEBY, 44 and of The Stete in Christchurch, admitted burglary other than dwelling - theft, namely entering a shed within the garden of Cornerhouse Day Nursery in Portchester Road in Bournemouth on May 15 and stealing goods to a value unknown. He admitted criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 after damaging a wall at Cornerhouse Day Nursery on May 15. He was handed a community order lasting until November 3, 2025. He was also ordered to pay £250 compensation.
JANINE OBAGI, 46 and of Solent Road in Bournemouth, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 95 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Gordon Road in Bournemouth on July 6. She was disqualified from driving for 24 months. She was also fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £120 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
VICTORIA CURTIS, 43 and of Poole Road in Bournemouth, admitted driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance, namely a mini electric bike, in West Cliff Gardens in Bournemouth on April 5. She got six points on her licence. She was also fined £160, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £64 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
MOHAMMED ZAHIRE, 31 and of Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop, namely stealing a coat from Superdry in Bournemouth on July 16. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months. He was also ordered to pay £50 compensation.
DAVID STEVENSON, 51 and of no fixed address, admitted theft from a shop, namely stealing meat valued at £100.50 from Co-op in Wimborne Road in Poole on April 14. He was ordered to pay £100.50 compensation.
RYAN MCCARTHY, 34 and of Bronte Avenue in Christchurch, admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance and driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence in Portman Road in Bournemouth on July 16. He got six points on his licence. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
OMAR ALHAJAHJEH, 32 and of Meyrick Road in Bournemouth, admitted criminal damage to property valued under £5000, namely damaging the front passenger window of a VW van to the value of £300 in Bournemouth Triangle on November 10, 2023. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months. He was also ordered to pay £100 compensation.
