A CAR flipped on its roof after crashing into a tree in Wimborne.
Emergency services were called to the collision in Rowlands Hill shortly after midday on Tuesday, November 5.
A road closure was put in place between the Lewens Lane roundabout and the roundabout near the Waitrose supermarket.
One woman was taken to hospital for treatment to injuries not believed to be serious.
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: “We sent one double-crewed land ambulance, an operations officer, and a critical care car to the scene.
“We conveyed one patient by land ambulance to Poole Hospital.”
A spokesperson for Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service (DWFRS) added: “We were called at 12.25pm today (November 5) to Rowlands Hill, Wimborne Minster to reports a car on its roof.
"Two crews; one from Wimborne and one from Poole attended where on arrival all people were out of the vehicle.
"The crews made the scene safe and the stop came in at 12.46pm."
Dorset Police also confirmed its officers attended, adding the crash had been reported to the force at 12.18pm.
