FILMMAKERS are invited to show off their talent and creativity in an upcoming contest.
Shooting From The Hip takes place from November 15 to 17 and will see participants write, shoot and edit a short film.
This film will then be screened at the Lighthouse cinema in Poole at 7pm on November 21.
The popular event returns after a long break due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Event organiser Will Whiting said: “We're thrilled to bring this exciting event back and can't wait to see what our talented local filmmakers come up with.
“This contest is a great opportunity for people to challenge themselves, network with other filmmakers, and have fun while doing it."
The Hip Shooting from The Hip is a 48-hour filmmaking contest open to local filmmakers in the Dorset/Hampshire area.
Interested participants should email their team details to Will Whiting at shootingfromthehip48hour@gmail.com.
