A MAN has been charged with drugs supply offences after a vehicle was stopped by police in Bournemouth.
At around 12.15pm on Thursday, October 3 officers from the neighbourhood enforcement team stopped a vehicle in Christchurch suspected of being involved in the supply of drugs.
Two people were arrested on suspicion of drugs offences.
Jerome Alexis-Chatterton, 26 and of Perivale in London, was subsequently charged with breach of a criminal behaviour order and possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A – Heroin.
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on Friday, November 8.
A 32-year-old woman from Bournemouth who was arrested was released without charge and will face no further action.
Police constable Emily Cooke said: “We will continue to disrupt the activities of those reported to be involved in the supply of class A drugs in our communities.
“We would urge members of the public to support our efforts by reporting any suspected drug related activity to us.
