A MAN died after a medical incident in Christchurch
Emergency services were called to Harrison Close, Burton, on Wednesday morning, November 6, to reports of a man needing medical help.
The man, in his 50s, died at the scene in unsuspicious circumstances, so no police investigation is needed.
One witness said they saw ambulances, a doctor’s car and police officers called to the road.
A spokesman said: “Dorset Police received a report at 9.34am on Wednesday 6 November 2024 of a man requiring medical attention at an address in Harrison Close in Christchurch.
“Officers attended to assist the ambulance service. Very sadly, the man – aged in his 50s – was pronounced dead at the scene.
“The death is not being treated as suspicious. His family is aware and our thoughts are with them at this difficult time.”
