A WOMAN has been arrested after a car overturned in a residential road.
Emergency services were called to Clarendon Road, near Roman Road in Broadstone, at 8.15pm on Sunday, November 10.
The woman, aged in her 30s, was arrested on suspicion of a driving offence and was taken to hospital as a precaution for treatment to what were believed to be minor injuries.
The damaged Ford Fusion was recovered and police officers left the scene at around 1.25am on Monday, November 11.
Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service's spokeswoman said: "One fire engine from Poole and one fire engine from Wimborne attended and on arrival found one car involved which had hit a telegraph pole.
"The driver of the vehicle was not trapped and casualty care was given by crews. They made the scene safe and our stop was in at 8:50pm."
Dorset Police’s spokesman said: “Emergency services attended and assisted in removing the female occupant from the vehicle.”
