A HOTEL has announced it will be holding its first-ever wellness festival.
The event will take place at Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa in the New Forest, on January 26.
The free one-day event will include several workshops and speakers, all focused on mental and physical wellbeing.
One of the key speakers will be nutritional therapist Patrick Holford, who will discuss his latest book, which looks at building resilience against dementia.
David Allerton, founder of the self-care company SE-LF, will also talk about his journey with mental health.
The event will also welcome sleep specialist Dr Lindsay Browning, nutritionist Annie Winter, aromatherapist Debbie Mulkern, and nutritional therapist Lynda Allison.
The hotel will also offer yoga, breathwork, and sound bath sessions.
Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa said the event is a chance for people to "learn, reflect, and set intentions for the new year".
The workshops and talks will take place from 9am until 6pm.
