THE chance of seeing snow in Dorset has increased ahead of a cold spell next week, a forecaster has said.
Cold air from the Arctic is set to move across the country over the coming days.
Weather enthusiast Jay Bournemouth said: “The last few days has trended away from giving snow event to us for Thursday.
“However today runs have trended the low further north bringing snow to us now.
“Once again, likelihood is low, but it was at 0 per cent two days ago, so keeping all eyes on now.”
Jay said according to a latest weather model, the possibility of snow showers after Wednesday has risen.
Recent model output has trended the low pressure that was expected to miss S UK, trending further north which could now bring snow.
