THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
FABIO QUATTROCCHI, 34 and of Alma Road in Bournemouth, admitted three counts of driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine, Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), and Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in Alma Road in Bournemouth on February 18. Quattrocchi was handed a community order lasting until November 14, 2025, disqualified from driving for 22 months, fined £76, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
SPAS KIREV, 26 and of Frome Valley Road in Bristol, admitted possessing an offensive weapon in a public place, namely a baton, in Landsdowne Crescent in Bournemouth on March 5, two counts of possession of a controlled drug of Class A, namely Crack Cocaine in Madeira Road in Bournemouth on March 5, and Heroin in Lansdowne Crescent in Bournemouth on March 5, driving whilst disqualified in Lansdowne Crescent in Bournemouth on March 4, using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance in Lansdowne Crescent in Bournemouth on March 5, and using a motor vehicle on a road without a valid test certificate in Lansdowne Crescent in Bournemouth on March 5. Kirev was handed a community order lasting until November 14, 2025, disqualified from driving for six months, fined £400 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
ALAN COZENS, 39 and of no fixed address, admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, and driving whilst disqualified, in Somerford Road in Christchurch on March 16. Cozens was disqualified from driving for 40 months, fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
ALEXANDER CALLINAN, 19 and of Chestnut Avenue in Christchurch, admitted fraudulent use of a registration mark / registration document, driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence, failing to stop a mechanically propelled vehicle when required by constable / traffic warden and using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance in Somerford Road in Christchurch on April 6. Callinan was conditionally discharged for a period of 18 months, disqualified from driving for six months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
CALUM LITTLE, 27 and of Heatherlea Road in Bournemouth, admitted attempting to drive a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine, and driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Cocaine, in Holdenhurst Road in Bournemouth on May 30. Little was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £500 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
RICHARD TUBBS, 41 and of Barnes Road in Bournemouth, admitted two counts of driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine and Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in Ringwood Road in St Leonards and St Ives on June 19. Tubbs was disqualified from driving for 36 months, fined £1333, and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
TYLER STAINER, 23 and of Downey Close in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop, namely stealing alcohol valued at £52.95 from Co op in Charminster Road in Bournemouth on April 19. Stainer was ordered to pay £52.95 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
ABEL GIRMA, 27 and of no fixed address, admitted assault by beating after assaulting a man at Cameo Bar in Bournemouth on August 18. Girma was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months and ordered to pay £50 compensation.
MARIUS BUJOR, 33 and of Castlemain Avenue in Bournemouth, admitted driving whilst disqualified in Capstone Road in Bournemouth on June 27. Bujor was disqualified for six months, fined £120 and ordered to pay a £48 victim surcharge.
