A TEENAGE girl was attacked by two men in separate incidents during a night in Bournemouth town centre.
The girl, 17, was attacked by a man who was known to her in the area of Exeter Crescent at around 2.35am on Thursday, November 14.
Police officers arrested a man, 19, on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and he has since been released on police bail.
But following this, it was claimed that the girl was assaulted again the same night around half an hour earlier at the junction of Old Christchurch Road and Post Office Road.
She was assaulted by another man. Dorset Police has said it cannot confirm if the incidents are connected at this stage.
The victim did not require immediate medical treatment.
Police constable Selina Swan said: “We are continuing to investigate this matter and we have obtained images of a man we are still looking to identify as part of our enquiries.
“I would urge anyone with information regarding his identity to please contact us.
“We also believe there may have been other members of the public present in the area around the time of this incident and I would urge any witnesses who have not already spoken to police to please make contact with us.”
