THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates’ Court:
ILKER CAN, 33 and of Pine Road in Bournemouth, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, possession of a controlled drug of Class A, namely Cocaine, and obstructing an authorised person in exercise of a section 23 power to detain / search a person / vehicle / vessel re: drugs in Old Christchurch Road in Bournemouth on September 17. Can was fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
GORDON LEUTY, 61 and of Hill Street in Poole, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place and assault by beating in Rodwell Road in Weymouth on October 18, and failing to surrender to police / court bail at the appointed time at Weymouth Magistrates Court on November 8. Leuty was fined £120.
CALLUM JOHNSON, 22 and of Hogarth Way in Bournemouth, admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely cocaine, in Parley Lane in Hurn on July 7. Johnson was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
STUART TWYFORD, 40 and of High Street in Bognor Regis, admitted possession of controlled drugs of class B, namely heroin and cocaine, in Derby Road in Bournemouth on June 6. Twyford also admitted possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely amphetamine, in Lansdowne Gardens in Bournemouth on June 6. Twyford was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months. He was ordered to pay £85 in prosecutions costs and victim surcharge of £26.
BRODIE BEER, 30 and of Lucas Lane in Plymouth, admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Delta-nine-tetrahydrocannabinol, in Dorset Way on June 9. Beer was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
GREG MUNSON, 35 and of Black Moor Road in Verwood, admitted to breaching a sexual harm prevention order made by Bournemouth Crown Court. Munson was handed a 20-week sentence suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £154.
JOSHUA CARNEY, 28 and of no fixed abode, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol above limit, namely 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, using a motor vehicle without third party insurance and driving a motor vehicle without a license in St Leonard’s Road in Bournemouth on August 30. Carney was disqualified from driving for 36 months, fined £450 and ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
STEPHEN DOLL, 56 and of Lyndhurst Road in Christchurch, admitted using threatening/ abusive/ insulting words/ behaviour to cause harassment/ alarm/ distress in Lyndhurst Road in Christchurch on August 27. Doll was conditionally discharged for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £100, pay prosecution costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.
IAN MATTHEWS, 61 and of Bedford Road South in Poole, admitted to being in charge of a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Sea View Road in Poole on August 30. Matthews was disqualified from driving for three months, fined £120, ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £48.
NATHAN PUGSLEY, 40 and of Oxford Road in Bournemouth, admitted assault by beating in Bournemouth on August 30. Pugsley was fined £120, ordered to pay £50 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £48.
STUART PEARSON, 29 and of Victoria Road in Ferndown, admitted to possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis/ cannabis resin, in Ferndown on September 2 and failed to surrender to police/ court bail on September 19 at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court. Pearson was fined £120, ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £80.
GAVIN GARY GUDGEON, 38 and of Westover Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court. Gudgeon was fined £40.
