THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates’ Court:
PAUL CAHILL, 37 and of Royal Lane in West Drayton, admitted to breaching a non-molestation order made by Bournemouth Family Court. Cahill was handed a community order until November 18, 2026, ordered to complete a 40 day programme, pay £80 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £114.
AYDIN KOLLIARI, 18 and of no fixed abode, admitted driving a motor vehicle with a controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine at 65 mg/l and Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol at 4.3mg/l, in Victoria Place in Bournemouth on August 3. Kolliari was conditionally discharged for six months and was disqualified from driving for 17 months.
LEEVAN SHARMA, 36 and of Saltmead in Southampton, was found to have caused racially/ religiously aggravated harassment/ alarm/ distress by words/ writing in Bournemouth on September 9. Leevan also failed to surrender to police/ court bail at the appointed time. For the above Leevan was fined £300.
NATHAN QUARTERMAINE, 34 and of no fixed abode, admitted to breaching a restraining order made by Dorset Magistrates on September 24. Quartermaine was jailed for 12 weeks with a note made to their “flagrant disregard for court orders”. They must also pay £85 towards prosecution costs.
GARY JENNINGS, 37 and of Wintringham Road in Grimsby, admitted to assault by beating of a woman at Weymouth Bay Holiday Park on October 19 and in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire on May 5. Jennings was handed a sentence of 14 weeks, suspended for 18 months, complete 100 hours of unpaid work.
NINA RACHEL GREEN, 42 and of Vale Close in Poole, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court. Green was given a six-week sentence suspended for 12 months due to “wilful and persistent failure to comply with the requirements of a community order”. She must also pay £60 in costs.
KENSON NOEL, 29 and of Meyrick Road in Bournemouth, admitted breach of a community order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court. Noel was ordered to complete 20 more hours of unpaid work for the breach, totalling 220 hours.
MICHAEL JOHN SALTER, 32 and of Wyndhams Place in Tisbury, admitted to sending a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character on February 2. Salter was handed a six week sentence suspended for 12 months, 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and 180 hours of unpaid work. He was also given a restraining order against the victim and their family and told not to attend a number of addresses in Weymouth and Salisbury for three years. Salter was ordered to pay £300 in compensation, £154 of victim surcharge and £85 in prosecution costs.
DANIAL TOMASZ KACZMALIK, 33 and of Portland Road in Bournemouth, was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle while a child was unrestrained which involved a danger of injury to any person, on Springbourne Roundabout on March 30. Kaczmalik was fined £440, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £176, pay £650 to the Crown Prosecution Service and handed three points on his licence.
SOPHIE BANDONI, 28 and of Maple Road in Poole, admitted to theft from a shop after stealing goods to the value of £192 from Sainsbury’s in Taunton, Somerset, on July 23. She also admitted to taking a motor vehicle without owners’ consent, using a motor vehicle on a road/ public place without third party insurance, driving a motor vehicle with a controlled drug above the specified limit, namely cocaine, and driving a motor vehicle otherwise in accordance with a license in Bournemouth on February 19. Bandoni was handed a community order until November 19, 2025, fined £120, must pay £192 in compensation and pay £85 in prosecution costs.
