THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

SARAH SANGSTER, 50 and of Devereux Road in Windsor, admitted to driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above the limit, namely 136 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, on Napier Road in Poole on September 1. Sangster was disqualified from driving for 30 months, fined £1584, ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £634.

CALLUM ONIONS, 32 and of Crescent Road in Bournemouth, admitted to driving whilst disqualified in the car park of Bournemouth Crown and County Courts on July 3 and driving whilst disqualified in Morley Close in Bournemouth on August 4. Onions was fined £442, handed six points on their license and ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs.

JASMINE COOK, 22 and of Gaskell Close in Swanage, admitted to being drunk and disorderly at The William Henry in Weymouth and possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis/ cannabis resin in Weymouth on March 24. Cook was conditionally discharged for 18 months, ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £26.

MOSCH JARDINE, 39 and of Moors Mount in St Leonards, admitted to driving a motor vehicle with a controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine at 329 microgrammes per litre of blood, on Cobham Road in Ferndown on July 11. Jardine was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £120, ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and £48 in victim surcharge.

CARRIE-LEE KNIGHT, 41 and of Rodwell Road in Weymouth, admitted to driving a motor vehicle otherwise in accordance with license, using a vehicle without third party insurance, possession of a controlled drug of class A, namely cocaine, and Drive a vehicle when a controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine at 200ugl in the blood, on Fleets Lane in Poole on June 18. Knight was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £140 and ordered to pay £64 in victim surcharge.

DAVID HOGAN, 37 and of Hawthorn Road in Bournemouth, admitted to driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and no less than 4 micrograms per 100ml of blood, on Luther Road in Bournemouth on July 2. Hogan was disqualified from driving for 15 months, fined £120, ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £48.

ASHTON WAITE, 20 and of Wimborne Road in Corfe Mullen, admitted to using a motor vehicle without third party insurance, driving a vehicle otherwise in accordance with a license and fraudulently using a registration mark/ document on Lynwood Drive in Merley on May 24. Waite was fined £120, handed six points on their license, ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £96.

LUKE BAKER, 38 and of Mansfield Road in Poole, admitted to driving a motor vehicle with a controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) no less than 6.5 micrograms per litre, on Oak Avenue in Christchurch on July 17. Baker was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £120, ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £48.
