POLICE are searching for a man and woman after items were stolen from a convenience store in the New Forest.
The incident, which occurred between 4pm and 4.45pm on Friday, October 18, involved the theft of £145 worth of items from the Co-op in Station Road, Sway.
Police are investigating the theft and have released CCTV images of a man and woman they’d like to speak with.
The man is described as white, approximately 5ft 8ins tall, aged in his 30s, with facial hair, a tattoo on the left cheekbone and wearing a black top, black tracksuit bottoms, a hooded top with the hood up and a green beanie hat.
The woman is described as white, approximately 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build, with long blonde hair and dark roots in a ponytail, and wearing black boots, ripped jeans, a grey coat with fur hood and a green scarf.
A spokesperson for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said: “We believe the man and woman in these images can help us with our investigation and would urge them, or anyone who knows their identity, to get in touch with us.
"Also, if you witnessed the incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us.
