THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
TROY FRANCE, 43 and of Brooks Close in Ringwood, admitted to using threatening/ abusive words/ behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Wimborne Road in Bournemouth on September 21. France was fined £120, ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £48.
SASCHA KONDAK, 54 and of Denison Road in Poole, admitted to driving a vehicle when alcohol level above the limit, namely 107 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Broadstone on September 21. Kondak was disqualified from driving for two years, fined £230, ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £92.
BREADLIN CHARLES, 21 and of Evering Avenue in Bournemouth, admitted to using a vehicle on a road/ public place without third party insurance and driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence in Kinson Road in Bournemouth on September 23. They also admitted to failing to provide a specimen at Bournemouth police station on September 23. Charles was fined £216, handed 10 points on their licence, ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £86.
JEREMY WYLIE, 41 and of High Street in Swanage, admitted to driving a motor vehicle with a controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine 590 micrograms of drug per litre of blood, in Creekmoor Lane in Poole on July 30. Wylie was disqualified from driving for three years, fined £300, ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a victim surcharge of £120.
JESSE HENSFORD, 32 and of Lime Avenue in Southampton, admitted to possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis/ cannabis resin and driving a motor vehicle which had been taken without owner’s consent in Waltham Cross in Hertfordshire on April 4. They also admitted to using a vehicle without third party insurance and driving a vehicle otherwise in accordance with a license on Long Croft Drive in Hertfordshire in April 4. Hensford was handed a community order until May 28, 2026, ordered to complete 40 days of a programme, disqualified from driving for eight months, fined £80 and ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs.
ALISTAIR LEES, 35 and of The Grove in Portland, admitted to two counts of theft from Co-op in Charminster Road in Bournemouth, namely £345.45 of Piriteze products, on July 13. Lees was ordered to pay a total of £172.65 in compensation.
JAMES CABLE, 35 and of Wilton Road in Yeovil, admitted to making off without payment, namely diesel fuel valued to £78.22, in Blandford Road on August 11. He also admitted to driving a motor vehicle when alcohol above limit, namely 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, using a motor vehicle without third party insurance and driving a vehicle otherwise in accordance with a licence in Middlebere Crescent in Poole on August 11. Cable admitted to using a motor vehicle without third party insurance, failing to provide a specimen for analysis and driving a motor vehicle otherwise in accordance with a licence in Holt on September 6. He also admitted to failing to surrender police/ court bail in Poole on October 14. Cable handed a four-month sentence suspended for 18 months, ordered to pay £78.22 in compensation, £85 in prosecution costs fined £187 and disqualified from driving for five years.
