RESIDENTS in the BCP area are being encouraged to sign up for their green bin collections for 2025.
Those who register by December 13, 2024, will receive all 23 collections in 2025.
As previously reported, the fortnightly service has risen to £67.50 per bin.
This is up £2 from 2024, £7.50 from 2023 and £21.50 from 2022.
The service runs from January 27 to December 12, 2025.
BCP Council said it had collected more than 11,500 tonnes of garden waste from the kerbside so far this year across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
Anyone wishing to renew or take up the green bin collection can do so online on the BCP Council website.
The council said all new garden waste bins provided for the service will be the standard garden waste bin colour, which is black with a green lid.
