THIS Government has no moral compass, to withdraw winter fuel payments only saves a small amount of the countries funding, in 2023/24, the UK government raised around £1,095 billion (£1.1 trillion) in receipts – income from taxes and other sources.

This is equivalent to around 40 per cent of the size of the UK economy, as measured by GDP, which is the highest level since the early 1980s.

Taxing farmers who work from early morning until dusk to produce food for the Nation is nothing but a land grab for Labours building projects which have not been thought through.

For many farmers, farming is a life long commitment and farms have been passed down through many years to their sons and Daughters, other family members who continue to farm – The Nation needs these individual for maintaining quality food, not imports, lets support our own farmers.

Taxing all and everyone to the extreme drives business investors out of the UK, by increasing national insurance, is an indirect tax on us all by the back door, it increases companies costs, drives up pricing on everything food, transport, costs etc, reduces jobs.

To tax people who only have a small amount of savings or pensions and raise inheritance tax to a level that brings hardship to families in general and discourages incentives and ability to pass these finances to family and future generations, hardworking people in general are being punished for their work ethics.

Doctors, Farmers, both large and small and larger business are being put in a very difficult moral and financial situation, with all these ill-thought-out policies, Doctors surgeries will close, prices go up, small businesses going to the wall, large businesses increasing prices to compensate for the increased National Insurance and other overhead costs which will be passed on to the public. Individuals in employment will see their workload increase and staffing levels in all sectors of business will be reduced.

However, this present Government will be very comfortable with their Indexed linked pensions, expenses, second homes, etc. While everyday people that work hard will find they are punished by individuals that have no idea of investment, encouragement and enthusiasm to make Great Britain a country for all people in society to benefit from, we don’t need class division we need unity, not selfishness.
