A DORSET-based water park has temporarily closed to undergo essential maintenance.
Splashdown is described as ‘the south’s favourite waterpark’ with ‘twisted tubes and challenging chutes’ for an array of family fun.
The popular attraction has briefly closed for a few weeks for maintenance and is set to reopen before the Christmas holidays.
Splashdown is now closed from December 2 until December 20.
A post on social media read: “We’re excited to welcome you back this Saturday and Sunday, 10am–5pm, before we temporarily close for maintenance from 2nd–20th December.
“But don’t worry—we’ll be back just in time for the Christmas Holidays, reopening on 21st December.
“Make the most of this weekend and join us for some flumin' good fun.”
Splashdown is located in Tower Park, Poole.
