LEADING department store group Beales is gearing up to host its inaugural Girls Night Out Fashion Show at the Bournemouth store on Thursday, May 14, with 25 per cent of ticket proceeds going toward children’s hospice Naomi House.

Backed by The Daily Echo and Dorset Society, the evening event will feature a catwalk showcasing an array of key trends and looks for spring and summer. Top in-store fashion brands such as Gerry Weber, French Connection for Men, Kaliko, Esprit and Planet will be showing off everything from sexy beachwear to sultry evening wear and colourful new trends in casuals, in a runway show using professional London models.

Guests will also be treated to beauty makeovers, hair and skincare advice, inspiring style demonstrations, bra-fitting guidance and complimentary champagne and canapés.

Pam Hudson, marketing manager at Beales, said: “Girls Night Out will give our customers a chance to see the diverse range of styles currently available in the store. “So for those looking for a fresh look or perhaps a useful reminder of those timeless classics, this show will highlight an impressive array of the latest spring and summer garments.

“We are pleased to support Naomi House children’s hospice, which is an extremely worthwhile charity providing respite breaks for life-limited children from across Dorset.”

Tony Brown, chief executive of Beales added: “This is a new event for Beales, providing a fun opportunity to feel the fresh approach to the store as a whole.

“It’s going to be an indulgent evening of pampering and fashion with lots of one-to-one attention.”

The event is also a chance to see all the new developments and refurbishment at Beales’s flagship store.

The Girls Night Out starts at 7pm.
