A THIRD person has now been arrested over the alleged assault of MP Tobias Ellwood.
The 20-year-old man from Bournemouth was arrested yesterday and has been released on police bail while enquiries continue.
Two 17-year-olds have also been arrested and released on police bail until July 5.
Bournemouth East MP Tobias Ellwood was allegedly punched by youths on Saturday afternoon after confronting them about playing football in Boscombe shopping precinct.
Mr Ellwood was said to have tried to take photos of them on his mobile phone before he was allegedly punched several times to the head and face.
