WHETHER it's down to our famous microclimate or just the inaccuracy of weather forecasts we don't know, but the promised weekend snow didn't really materialise.

BBC weather reckons cold but clear all week.

Weather.co.uk says it might snow this evening, tomorrow and Thursday.

The Met Office is forecasting clear skies for Bournemouth all week but snow elsewhere in the county this evening, tomorrow and Thursday.

And our very own weather forecast thinks it will snow tomorrow, Wednesday and Thursday.
