THOSE old favourites Status Quo are to undertake a winter tour that will see the boys arrive at the BIC on December 13.
The inaugural QuoFest tour sees the mighty Quo joined on all dates by Roy Wood and Kim Wilde.
This killer line-up is not to be missed and is sure to be the ultimate musical Christmas party. Tickets are on sale from May 14 from www.livenation.co.uk.
Status Quo themselves need no introduction with more hit singles than any other band, more hit albums than The Beatles and more appearances on Top of The Pops than any other act.
Roy Wood is one of the UK’s most treasured songwriters; he created hits for The Move, ELO and of course Wizzard (a certain Christmas track among them).
Kim Wilde became a phenomenon in the ’80s and was ever present in the charts with smashes like Kids In America.
Status Quo’s latest studio album Quid Pro Quo is released later this month and comes with a second disc the Official Bootleg – Greatest Hits Live.
