A MAN suffered serious injuries after being stabbed in Bournemouth on Friday(13).
Police said the assault took place during an altercation between two men, thought to have taken place in Westby Road, Boscombe, at about 1.30pm.
Insp Kevin Sergeant of Dorset Police called on members of the public who may have seen a dark grey Fiat 500 car in the area around the time of the incident to contact police.
He said officers also wanted to hear from anyone who had seen a man in the area he described as aged in his late 20s, black, about 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build, wearing grey cargo-style trousers and a grey, Nike hooded top.
Insp Sergeant said the victim’s injuries were “serious, but not life-threatening” and called on anyone with information to contact DC 1672 Taylor of Bournemouth CID on 01202 222222.
