TWO families are being treated in hospital after a two car collision between Bere Regis and Wool.
Five ambulances were scrambled following the incident at Tout Hill at 2.49pm yesterday.
The injured parties were all taken to Dorset County Hospital.
One family from Hertfordshire, travelling in a silver Rover car, included a five-year-old girl.
A father and his 16-year-old daughter, travelling in a white Ford Mondeo, were also injured.
Their injuries are not life threatening.
Police are appealing for witnesses. Anyone with information should call the investigating officer Angus Wilson on 01305 222222.
