FIRE crews faced burning gas cylinders flying around during a blaze at a pheasantry.
Hampshire Fire Service was called to Lymore Lane in Lymore, near Milford on Sea at 1.12pm.
Twelve LPG gas cylinders were involved - some ignited and shot more than 40 metres into air.
Fire appliances were mobilised from Lymington and New Milton.
Group Manager Steve Quinn said: “This is the second rural incident we have attended in two days that have involved portable gas cylinders which present serious risk in the community.
"Cylinders igniting can cause damage over a large area."
