A PRIDE of lions is heading for Bournemouth later this month and guardians are needed to look after them.
From June 25, around 50 lion sculptures will be displayed around the borough in the biggest public art event ever seen in the area.
Sponsored by local businesses and primary schools, the lions have all been beautifully decorated.
Now people are being recruited to Pride Patrol to ensure they remain in good condition throughout the summer.
Pride in Bournemouth will run until September, when the lions will be auctioned off to raise money for the Bourne Free Foundation and for Julia’s House.
