HIGH winds brought down this tree near Bournemouth’s cliff top on Sunday.
The pine tree is at the Royal Bath Hotel and it fell in the afternoon, blocking the entrance to the Bath Road South car park.
General manager Paul Harrisson said: “One of the trees in our grounds came down due to the strong wind.”
Police and Bournemouth council were called out along with a tree surgeon.
Meanwhile, rail passengers between London Waterloo and Poole faced delays when a tree fell on the line between Bournemouth and Pokesdown.
