MORE workshops for youngsters will be taking place at this year’s Christchurch Food Festival.

Thanks to £5,000 of sponsorship from the Rotary Club of Christchurch, the Kids Kitchen will have more workshops with youngsters aged three to 14 years old able to attend.

Waitrose will be providing the food to be cooked by the young chefs and the workshops will be held on the same days as the International Food Market – Saturday, May 12 and Sunday, May 13.

All workshops will last for an hour and a half and cost £5.

Mike Devall, president of the Rotary Club of Christchurch said: “The Rotary Club is delighted to be able to support what has now become a premier event in the Christchurch calendar.

“Through our sponsorship we are reinforcing our commitment to supporting young people in the town.”

Tickets will be available online at the regentcentre.co.uk or can be booked over the phone on 01202 499199 and at the Regent Centre box office in person.

Four workshops will take place on both days and for full details go to christchurchfoodfest.co.uk/kidskitchen.asp
