RUSSELL DAVID LEECH of Langley Road, Portsmouth. Admitted assault. Committed to prison for four months suspended for 24 months. In that time he has to attend an Integrated Domestic Abuse Programme at Portsmouth Probation Office under supervision for 14 days. Costs £85.
