A POOLE man’s electricity meter was running ‘like a Rolls Royce engine’ to keep his cannabis factory going, a court heard.
Police discovered 37 cannabis plants when they called at 25-year-old Kane White’s home in Russell Gardens last July.
Kane pleaded guilty to two counts of producing Class B drugs.
Handing Kane a 20-week suspended sentence, Judge Andrew Johnson said: “Your electricity meter was going like a Rolls Royce Olympus engine...while these plants were being grown.”
Kane must also perform 100 hours of unpaid work.
