THE winner of a Young Musician Competition has donated her prize to charity.
Olivia Parham, 16, from Canford School, won a £100 HMV voucher in the Rotary Wessex Young Musician competition held in Winchester.
Olivia, who plays the flute, said: “I am delighted to win this phase of the competition and, as a great admirer of the Wessex Autistic Society, I want to donate my prize to them.”
She also won a place in the Southern Counties Finals of Rotary Young Musician on March 25.
